The Rejee website is owned and operated by Rejee. Use of the Rejee website is subject to your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer. You acknowledge that your use of, and/or access to the Rejee website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer.

Referral service

Rejee operates a counselling service based in Melbourne, Victoria as well as a referral service for counsellors in different areas of Australia on a range of websites.

Counselling services are booked by Rejee as agent for counsellors that provide counselling services to clients such as yourself. Counsellors pay a one off fee to Rejee for marketing and administration for each new client who books an initial appointment.

When you use the Rejee Referral Network it is not Rejee that is providing you with counselling services and Rejee has no responsibility for any counselling services provided or not provided by the counsellors or any other party.

The Counsellors are providing counselling services directly to you.

Rejee makes no warranty or representation regarding the standard of any counselling services to be provided, or the suitability of the Counsellors for your needs. This is an assessment which you must make. Rejee is acting in this capacity simply as a marketing and booking agent for the Counsellors.

Rejee does not control the business operations of the Counsellors.

Rejee makes no guarantees or warranties about the services that are provided you by the counsellors.

Liability

Rejee has:

• No liability for any act, omission or default, whether negligent or otherwise of any counsellor or third party.
• No liability for any loss or damage occasioned by any negligent act or omission of any experience provider or third party.

Where Rejee liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the services purchased from the counsellor.

The information and materials on the Rejee Website, including text, graphics, links or other terms are accurate at the time of publication. The information and materials on this website is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to provide professional advice or information.
